Health officials are still trying to track down 89 people who arrived from Melbourne before the city went into lockdown.
It has been four days since 4626 travellers who arrived from the Australian city between May 20 and May 25, a decrease on the initial estimate of 5000, were asked to self-isolate and get tested.
Just under half of those travellers have already been tested and returned a negative result, a Ministry of Health spokesperson said.
Efforts are ongoing to contact the 89 people, who havent been in contact with health officials, to ensure they are isolating and being tested, he said.

The Australian state of Victoria was thrown into a seven-day snap lockdown after a rapidly growing cluster of Covid-19 cases, and a further seven-day pause on quarantine-free travel with Victoria was announced late on Thursday.
The variant found in Melbourne is B.1.617.1, first reported in India, and considered more infectious than the original variant.

The Ministry has issued an order under Section 70 of the Health Act 1956, requiring a group of people to get tested and isolate.
Regardless of whether people are symptomatic, testing is free for those affected by the Section 70 notice, including visitors to New Zealand.
Latest Covid-19 case numbers
There are no new cases in the community, and two positive cases in managed isolation in Auckland.
These are recent returnees from Lebanon, who arrived on May 19 and tested positive after their day 10 test, and Saudi Arabia, who arrived on May 28 and returned a positive test on arrival.

The total number of active cases in New Zealand to 16, and the total number of confirmed cases to 2,316.
The total number of tests processed by laboratories to date is 2,137,414, and laboratories processed 5,484 tests yesterday.
There were 583,911 scans of QR codes using the Covid tracer app in the 24 hours before midday yesterday.
