Philadelphia 76ers guard Seth Curry gives an update on his health after a big performance against the Atlanta Hawks.

Philadelphia 76ers guard Seth Curry has had an up and down first season in the City of Brotherly Love. He started the season on a hot streak, but he then tested positive for COVID in January, and it has taken him a while to get back on track. Not only that, but he has also dealt with nagging injuries.
In Tuesday’s Game 2 win over the Atlanta Hawks, Curry had a big game of going for 21 points and he knocked down five of his six triples. It was an impressive performance and he is continuing to make strides forward for the Sixers.
At the same time, the veteran out of Duke knows that he will probably need a full summer to be able to get everything back in order.
“I feel fine,” said Curry. “Once I get the full summer, I’ll be back to fully where I want to be, but Im more than good enough. Coach is doing a good job of giving me rest when I need it and just constant communication with them about how I’m feeling out there on the floor throughout the game. You just got to play through a lot of stuff come playoff time.”
This was a big performance for the Sixers. They could not afford to go to Atlanta down 0-2 and Curry was a big reason why they were able to get the job done at home.
“I think its a nice bounce-back game for us,” Curry explained. “Individually, just coming out to be consistent on both ends of the floor stick to our coverages defensively, create havoc, and do a lot of stuff. Offensively be versatile, spread the floor, and make plays, just to do a lot of stuff.”
The scene now shifts to Atlanta with Game 3 of the series set for Friday night in the ATL.
