The province also recorded another 2,225 cases of the novel coronavirus over the past 24 hours, bringing the cumulative total to 240,970. Of them, 9,734 are active.
Quebecs seven-day average of daily cases now stands at 2,105.
Hospitalizations decreased by 22 from Friday to Saturday and there are now 1,474 people receiving treatment for COVID-19 in Quebec hospitals, including 227 in intensive care, a decrease of four.
Another 958 cases of COVID-19 were added to Montreals total on Saturday, bringing it to 85,739 since the start of the pandemic. The city remains the region with the highest number of cases in the province.
As of Saturday, 210,364 people are confirmed recovered from COVID-19 in Quebec, up 2,430 from Fridays total.
